STEP1: Choose from the following IGG Points Card which one you want to purchase, and make a note of the dollar amount you need to pay:

STEP2: Go to a Western Union agent location nearest to you. Depending on which service is available to you, you can choose one of the two payment methods:
Method 1: Please use QuickPay (also known as QuickCollect, the BLUE form) if that is available. QuickPay is simpler, faster and has lower fee. Use the following PAYEE and CODE CITY info to fill in the BLUE form, as shown in the screenshot below. You'll get a MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) after successful remittance.

Note:
(a) For "Code City", if the agent cannot use "IGGCOM CA", try "IGGCOM" instead.
(b) QuickPay to IGGCOM has a limit of $550 per payment
(c) QuickPay to IGGCOM also has a payment limit of $550 per IGG user per month. If you wish to purchase more, please use Method 2 below.
Method 2: Use regular Western Union (yellow form) to pay to a IGG employee. The payee information is below. There is no payment limit by using this method. You'll get a MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) after successful remittance.
STEP 3: Go to http://pay.igg.com to notify us of the Western Union Payment you sent:
1. Select your location/country.
2. Select Western Union as your type of payment.
3. Select the Points Card you wanted
4. Select 'Refund Policy*' and Click 'Next'.
* Make sure that you have read the Refund Policy, and agree to the terms and conditions before continuing.
5. You will see this Western Union Payment detail screen where you can provide us details about the WU payment you already sent. All required fields (IGG ID, First Name, Last Name, Country/Region, MTCN) are marked with a '*'. Make sure the information is accurate and authentic, then Click 'Submit'.
