- IGGem is short for IGG-Gem. New Credit System.
As long as you purchase an IGG Point Card, you will be rewarded with the corresponding IGGems.
- Calculating IGGems
- Different IGG Point Cards are exchanged for different IGGem amounts:

- IGGems Allocation
- IGGems will be charged into your account immediately after you have purchased an IGG Point Card.
- IGGems Valid Period
- IGGems will be valid until December 31st of the next year. For instance, IGGems you have obtained in 2008 are available at any time before December 31st, 2009.
- IGGems Usage
- IGGems can be exchanged for a certain item in the upcoming IGGem Store. Also, you can exchange IGGems for game credits (refer to each game for details). Please note that IGGems belong to a unique account and cannot be traded.
- The Delivery of Prizes from IGGem Store
- When you exchange IGGems for an item in the IGGem Store, you will be required to confirm the order. During that period, please keep in touch with our service workers. We will send the prize by mail as soon as possible and tell you the time it was sent. However, the exact arrival date of the prizes will be different according to your location and the prize type.
- Accident Disposal
- 1. If the prize cannot be delivered to you because of incorrect contact information or a failure to pick up the prize in a timely manner, the prize will be forfeited. We will not send it again and the consumed IGGems will not be refunded back to you, including IGGems spent in exchanging prizes and participating in official events.
2. IGGem Store managers have the right to prevent people from obtaining IGGems illegally and punish the violators by banning them, refusing their IP addresses, or cancelling their accounts. Furthermore, IGG also has the right to take any action in accordance with applicable laws.
- About the IGGem Mall
- Players can go to the IGGem Mall to exchange IGGems for the prizes you want. Now a new prize-searching function is available, so you can search for prizes according to the amount of IGGems you have. And soon, we will be adding more and more fantastic goods and in-game items to the IGGem Mall, so stay tuned for more great news!
- Prize Delivery
- There is an efficient system for prize delivery in the IGGem Mall. We will check all the order lists on the 25th of each month and then deliver the prizes within 10 working days. The arrival time of your prizes is subject to your address. Note that the IGGem Mall orders will be checked on the 25th of each month, so the successive orders after the 25th will be reviewed and delivered next month.
- Prize pictures are only for your reference.
- The Treatment of Accidental Loss
- If the prize cannot be delivered to you because of incorrect contact information or a failure to pick up the prize in a timely manner, the prize will be forfeited. We will not send it again and consumed IGGems will not be refunded, including IGGems spent in exchanging prizes and participating in official events.
