STEP1: Choose from the following IGG Points Card which one you want to purchase, and make a note of the dollar amount you need to pay:

STEP2: Go to a Western Union agent location nearest to you.

Please use QuickPay (also known as QuickCollect, the BLUE form) if that is available. QuickPay is simpler, faster and has lower fee. Use the following PAYEE and CODE CITY info to fill in the BLUE form, as shown in the screenshot below. You'll get a MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) after successful remittance.

Note:
(a) For "Code City", if the agent cannot use "IGGCOM CA", try "IGGCOM" instead.
(b) QuickPay to IGGCOM has a limit of $550 per payment
(c) QuickPay to IGGCOM also has a payment limit of $550 per IGG user per month.
(d) If you can not use QuickPay or if you wish to purchase more, please contact the customer service.
(e) The acutal QuickPay form in each country might vary slightly. Please make sure the "Payee (or Company Name)", "Code City (or Company Code)" and your account number are provided in the form.
STEP 3: Go to http://pay.igg.com to notify us of the Western Union Payment you sent:
1. Select your location/country.
2. Select Western Union as your type of payment.
3. Select the Points Card you wanted
4. Select 'Refund Policy*' and Click 'Next'.
* Make sure that you have read the Refund Policy, and agree to the terms and conditions before continuing.
5. You will see this Western Union Payment detail screen where you can provide us details about the WU payment you already sent. All required fields (IGG ID, First Name, Last Name, Country/Region, MTCN) are marked with a '*'. Make sure the information is accurate and authentic, then Click 'Submit'.
